Default Waterblock

I'm getting there........slowly.
Yes, the zip ties will be removed and bolts threaded through the stainless and into the aluminum. The thing is stable as hell as it sits. Good to know with a 3/4" chunk of copper buss bar under it. I want to go big on the fittings, what do you recommend?

Well, I did not get a reply on the sizing of my fittings, so;
I headed out to HomeDepot and got 1/2"x3/8" barbs, plugs and 1/2"ID-5/8"OD hose.
This bastards going to flow like the north sea. The fittings will JUST fit this 3/4" waterblock. It's a tight fit. I think this should allow more than enough flow for the Danner 2 pump. I found this reinforced hose to be able to bend a little more without colapsing, unlike the normal clear.

Ohhhh yeah, as for the clear fan with the gold heatsink. Thats a modd'd 486 HSF from www.Startech.com It keeps my clock generator at a chilly temp and allowed that a7v to reach 115 stable. Now I'm on an a7v133, which does not have that problem. The neat thing about the clear fans is you can paint them with a transparent glow in the dark paint and they look just unbelievable at night.
Anyway, now it's time to design a bong cooler....

Take care

Update on that 486 fan. Looks like on there website they have gone to black fans now. Too bad. If you really just have to have one, I can source them for you over here. I was thinking on buying out my supplier anyway. I bought a couple for my original a7v for the clock genny (as pictured) and for the chipset.
I'm chilling in an igloo here in Canada.

Take care

"I want to go big on the fittings, what do you recommend?"

Your loss.
Did you have fittings for 1/2" inner diameter hose? This things gonna flow like the North Sea.
