Default some opinions please ( new rig built)

FINALLY i got my rig up and running , asus m2n sli deluxe - with amd athlon 5600 x2 2.8ghz - Msi nx8600 gts vid card and a 500 gig seagate and gskill 2 gig ram and the ultra 750 w Xconnect psu with a 120mm on top . i currently have for cooling is 2 120mm fans One intake (in the front of case ) and the other as an exhaust , and a 80mm side fan , Plus the vga stock fan , and for cpu cooling i have the Arctic freezer 64 pro .
the setup isnt bad , i dont overclock anything , supposibly the Motherboard has the Cool n quiet and the auto overclocking settings , so i let that be , it ranges from 1000 to 2800 (mhz) <--- or whatever its rated by .

i dont really play any BIG games , unless WOrld of warcraft is considered that ,
BUT my main concern is when i play for LONG periods of time i notice the temps getting pretty hot according to my PC probe it says 47o Celcius But i cant access DURing the game so when i exit the game and catch the temps , i assume it may of been more . also the Temp blowing out the rear IS REalllllly warm ,

would a simple water cooling setup clear that up like a 120mm radiator and a good waterblock help ??
ive also been looking at the Vigor Monsoon 2 Thermal electric cooling but dont really have any input on it .................... any help/advice is appriciated

Run Orthos and check your temps with CoreTemp

Temps can (and do) drop by 10'C/sec.

Watercooling, where to start:
A good guide, Beginner's Guide to Watercooling, Part I
And here's a lot of info too.

And, of course, anything you could possibly want to know about watercooling is available right here on Procooling.

Orthos is a program designed to fully load your CPU. This will make it just as hot as a game would and allows you to check your temps at the same time. Anything below 60C is safe and anything below 50C is fine If you don't need any more speed then your fine with the cooling you have. If you want your computer to last forever or want to overclock it then I guess you'd want to consider some better cooling. A new air heatsink will be about as good as a WC system with a 120mm radiator so thats something for you to think about. If you do decide to water cool then I'd recommend something like a 2x 120MM radiator or heater core (two 120 mm fans or 5 in x 10 in) and if you want a good block then probably something from swiftech or d-tek.

Welcome to ProCooling - the best cooling site on the net! bill what the hell are you doing tellin people to go to XS?

Run Speedfan while gaming, and you can use its chart function to see the peak temps.

Those temps aren't dangerous, you should be fine with the cooling you have unless you want to overclock.
