Default Failed to join the PDC server

Hi,
I have Snap Server 4500 with GuardianOS Version:3.1.079.

when I tried to connect to the Active Directory I get this msg:
"Failed to join the PDC server. Check network availability and PDC server status."

and after that I would have another option which is:
"f you are joining a 'Windows Domain' and that domain has 'Restrict Anonymous', you will need to provide a valid domain account in order to join the domain properly."

so when I click domain account i will get a new page to Enter user account for domain XXX.org and when I do that I would get this error meg:

"Unable to reach domain controller: XXXX.org"

My organization is using windows server 2008 with SP1.

I check the setting for the snap server many times and I tried few snap server with same setting trying to connect to the AD but I'm getting same errors.
the problem that we can not update the GOS because we have more than 10 snap server with same OS and we are non profit organization.

Please guide me to find solution for this problem.

Thank you

I'm not sure AD2008 is not supported yet. At any case the OS is to old to support it anyway. I do not use AD at home. Maybe someone else will chime in and have a work around. I have found that with older OS you can use FTP to connect to the serves.

Sorry I can't be any help for you.
