Default glowing rounded ide cables

I'm planning on buying rounded ide cables and have found what seem to be some good prices here . Does anybody have any experience with those glowing cables? How do they look in the daytime or when not lit with a UV light? If anybody has pics of their system with those in could you post them? Thanks.

The only suggestion I have is not to use really long cables, stick with normal 18" if you can. FWIK UDMA/133 really dont like anything longer than 18" but UDMA/100 might take 24". Someone correct me if I've been reading the wrong stuff

I'm running 36" cables at ata100 speeds, with no problems. but can anyone explain to me why you'd want ide cables with lights

He's talking about the glow effect off UV lighting in the case, not actual lights on the cables

If you get white cables, and stick in a UV CCD, the white cables look blue (remember how your socks looked when going though the line for an in-door ride at disney land or another amusement park)

How about these http://store.yahoo.com/thermalmasters/glowindargre.html
They glow in the dark and would glow under UV light as well.
EDIT: I see that was your original question, didn't see the link in your post.
