Hehe am I dreaming or does this product actually exist? hehe so weird.

LOL!

RACHAL: Reduce Annoying Computer Heat And Loudness.

From the company website's FAQ:
Quote:
How long was the product tested for?

The product was tested with about 20 different computer chassis configurations running for 3 months. The only difference we saw between the systems was the temperature. Since the ventilation system restricts airflow somewhat, we noticed some systems had increased chassis temperatures due to poor design.
Poor design of chassis, or Rachal?

Won’t bugs get into my computer from the wall?

Your system fan runs at anywhere from 2500rpm to 4500rpm and is putting out about 35cfm of air. If bugs actually make it to the system fan, the blades will chop them to pieces.. muuuhaaahaaa
LOL!

$19.95 at your local stu**d store

Here is the product link! http://www.computerexhaust.com/products.htm
I am no engineer but I do not see how this thing is going to work. The fan is not going to be strong enough to push air into a well build house's wall. Also I do not see it a good idea to have people aimlessly drilling holes into their wall with a long 1.5" hole saw. If there is a computer near by then there is a fair chance of a power wire being right there somewere, not to mention any other wires, cable, telephone, ect...

They forgot to mention the best potential application!
That hose looks to fit fairly close to the built in vacuum systems in some new houses. Plug that bad boy into your vaccum and forgo the fan alltogether!

We all laugh now... but the fact is that there are probably some poor, dumb bastards who just clicked the order button on that website and the company is making a profit on one of the dumbest ideas i've ever seen in my life..
