My dad is an pretty good pumber, he is an farmer so he pretty much have to know how to do some pumbering etc... anyway he suggrested this system.
use copper pipes to connect the pump to radator, then there will be two rail perse, by rail i mean on bottom of the case i will have two rail one for water coming in one for water outgoing, then there i will have two barb, use an tugsin hose to connect rail 1 to cpu, then cpu barb 2 to GPU barb 1, GPU barb 2 to rail, the only part that will have hose will be the connector between waterblock and the rest of the system, reasoning is so i can easely pull the block off to upgrade the system or to get a new block and slam it in. it probably will be an inline system, then probably before the pump i will have an T joint which connects to an large cylinder i'm hoping something clear, it will be my mini resvior, and the spot to bleed out the system, refill, drain etc.... i'm thinking of having that tube as an hose tube with a cap on it so i can flex it out to start to drain the system or something i ditto. anyway i could use some options on the system setup. heh my dad hates the hose so he orginaly wanted to do the entire system with copper pipe, then i told him, how will i replace the cpu, and video card if the whole thing was copper, and he went oh, and i said well you can have an 90% copper system, with an hose connecting the system to the waterblock or somthing. heh a question, i should run my block in parallel or serial? i'm leaning toward serial well i need an drawing badly heh but i suck with art, well let's see what i can come up with? ![]() |

Everything needs to be in series. If your dad does the plumbing, you're in for a treat, because it's a long job.

phear my amazing artsic ability heh.
black = pump dark copper = copper pipe yellow = hose light copper = radator core silver = waterblock hasn't added the resvor, but it will be basically a T join probably between pump and radator or between the GPU and pump, and it will have an fat cylinlinder of copper with a cap on it, or maybe an fat hose with a cap on it or something clear so i can see how much liquid i got left. |
