disconnects for peltiers?
I have seen a ton of pics on the web of TEC's slathered in insulation, with thier leetle wires hanging out. Does anyone know if someone has put some disconnectable plugs or something on them? I have disconnects on everything in my air system. Will be trying liquid later this year when I get soem freee time.
I am also a little concerned with the juice going through that skinny wire. Something pulling 78watts should probably have a pretty beefy switch or disconnect on it. P.s., Joe, I got the site name right! ------------------ Infidel Defilers... They shall all drown in lakes of blood. |

hahaha thx Daddy!
and about the wires and insulation: The disconect... hmm never seen anyone use one before, but on my upcoming pelt project I have some thermal swithes I am gonna be using just incase a water block dies or something dones cool off the pelt, it will turn itself off before destroying everything. and the wires... I dunno I thought the same thing, but they seem to handle it alright. Their actually not as small as they look in the pictures, I got one here and its a considereable size, prolly the same gauge as the wires coming from your Computer PS. Take it easy! ------------------ C-ya Joe |
