Can you tell me more about the Papste Aluminum 120mm fan
I was looking at this fan myself.
Aluminum 120mm Fan
Air Flow 80 CFM
Fan Speed 2000 RPM
Noise Level 29 db

It would be very quite at 7volts.
How does it compare to the Pabst fan you have?

It'll be a bit longer than that - more like 3-4 weeks still before you'd have it in your hads. Got the silver just yesterday. Still gotta get them machined (dropped it off this morning), then finished, then packaged and sent.
