Default Powering TEC, two or more PSU in parallel?

Is posible to use 2 or more PSU in parallel if the PSU are diferent watt?

I have one PSU with 10 AMP and another with 6 AMP, if I put both in parallel, have I 10 AMP PSU? or only 12 AMP? The intensity is distribute proportionaly or equaly?

Thanks.

No, you'll have a 16A supply if I have any idea what I'm talking about. Where on earth did you get 12 from??? Anyway, from what I remember, in series the voltages are additive and in parallel the amperage is additive. IANAE (electrician) though.

Yes it is possible to use two PSU in parrallel/series to produce what Amp/Voltage you are looking for.

I saw an article somewhere on this site that gives you special details on how to do just that... wish for the life of me i could remember where......

I will look around and get back to you ASAP

Ok. I know that it's possible to put any number of PSU in parallel or in serie, but I know that the intensity is similar to the flow of the water and if the diferent PSU have diferent intensity I'm not sure that this is distribute by equal or proportionaly.

Any number PSU in parallel or in series?

I don't think so: even industrial PSU's designed for parrallel use have usually a limit. For example max. 6 units with a current accuracy of +/- 10%.
