Maviryk over at OCForums is about to start testing my block. To start he scanned the block for flatness.
The warping is primarily a result of the tension from the screws because the base is so thin and thankfully it isn't affecting the die area at all.

Just an update. I tested out the block on my overvolted Opty 165, temps are about 1°C higher than the Swiftech Storm Rev. 1 using a modded DDC.
