I really would not doubt it.
Its to bad in this day and age there wasnt a little more honor amongst people however in todays world, the truth is that, if somthing is unpatented and works great it gets ripped off .
I dont condone this type of action at all myself but it happens everyday and you have every right to feel bitter in my opinion .

regardless of if they patented it or not, it don't make a difference.

The whole point of this thread (my interpretation) is that they realized their design was crap, and they saw one that worked better, so they ripped it off.

Its mostly their buisness ethics that piss me off, but of corse, because I used anti-freeze, my warentee is void anyway.

Damn strait!!!

Hey hows that endmill holder coming???

I got the Apt I applied for and found a great spot to setup the mill in there!!! Nice little storage closet that has enough room for the mill and the computer. I can tarp the whole thing off (to keep it clean in there). Looks promising.

JAY now all you ahve to do is get alot of sound dampaning material and insolate that closet. So the noise wont bother anyone. Hell put it on the inside and outside walls.

Also instead of a tarp. I would get some of that Thick plastic flooring that comes in rolls, and put that on the floor and have it go up the walls so nothing can get under it.

Sound won't be a problem!!! There is a laundry room below me, the north, west, and east walls go to outside and the south wall go to the neighbors but that is a few walls away from where the mill will be. Also there is a door to close in the storage room to dampen it more. Good idea on the plastic flooring.

Its a vinly type of flooring made to look like tile or such. I use it as the flooring in my snake cages. its easy to clean. And like I said, if you hav e it go up the walls just a few inches, it makes it hard for chips and crap to get under it or in the edges of the wall.

And it will help protect the carpet If there is any.

Good luck on the move.
