Well Like I said ask JcViggen. He got his abit over 200mhz fsb. Don't ask me how all I know is he did it and I've seen it. So untill you guys can show me I know which board will hit it. He's also tested most other boards and can tell you the strong and weak points of each.
One word: Vapochill
He's also given up on Amd in the Vapo for now. Just like Vapochill warns, they are Amd core killers.

Jc is a guy you can trust in my opinion, he's spent a small fortune to get the speeds he's getting, and he'll gladly share his experiences with anyone, to avoid them having to waste their money.

I can pull 200 mhz on this Iwill as well, so it's not rare.

....and what does FSB have to do with pelt cooling anyway?

The KT266A boards were hard to get up to 200MHZ FSB because of the low AGP and PCI dividers. It's pretty easy with the KT333 northbridge.

Fsb is a big issue for anyone that hasn't/won't unlock the L1's.

Using the locked multiplier, pelt cooling (etc) will help reach a higher fsb, only because it's the cpu under strain in that situation.

A pelt will yield a higher CPU OC, but regardless, using a lower multiplier to get the cpu at max stable, with a screaming fsb (=memory bandwidth) is where the performance is. A faster cpu does help the numbers, but it's really only for bragging rights.
