Nice block design, and the improvement over the Maze 4 is nothing to sneaze at either

Do you think this block would be any good for pelts?

Only if you have Bill Adams level of testing equipment and knowlege. Otherwise it isn't worth the time it takes to make another on my little mill.

JayDee,

As long as you intend to make a couple more of the Lemon copper blocks for your new set up of multi water cooled systems anyway.......

Any chance you'll make use of that roughing end mill and perhaps a few other tweaks? Should not increase the time to machine to much to drill a dimple pattern and use the roughing mill. Or to change the central inlet to a differant diamiter to increase velocity of the water intering the blocks.

And would offer interesting insight into how much farther this design can go. Not to mention it would provide better cooling then for your system it will in time be in.

I am actually re-designing it. Will be a while before anything gets done on the next version. Spent this and next month play money already on computer parts. One of which was a GF4 440MX with mounting holes and a Asus A7V8X-X with NB mounting holes. This will be the start of my poor mans gaming rig project. The GPU and NB blocks will be smaller versions of the re-designed Lemon Block. Going to stuff it all in my Antec SX-830.

Also the Multi computer project is still on to. Not going to use the newer lemon Block though. Will use the one I already have, the DD Maze 4 and another that is in the design phase.

Ahhh. Will look forward to seeing the new design!

And this will give you another folder, at least part time. Kool!
