I have been shocked a few times, at my home's 220 v.
But the worst until now was at a factory. I was grabbing the screwdriver at the metal and touched the 380 v. During a few hours my tongue was trying to.... roll up

But the most fascinating story about this stuff was with my father.
He went inside a power station that was supposed to be turned off to be fixed.
He had a screwdriver that lights when you touch it one side with a finger, and the other on the electricity.

HE goes in, and when he enters, the light on the screwdriver started to LIT!!
He stopped, looked both ways, and, slowly, got the hell out there!
He never entered a power station again

On-Topic (somewhat)
Isnt the Z version of the Iwaky better for watercooling?

250 to 400 VDC probably. (Charge stored on the flash capacitor.)

DC tends to hurt worse than AC, because it can cause extremely strong muscle contractions. Kind of like the after effect of a really bad cramp. Your muscles can't respond fast enough to get that kind of effect from 50 or 60 Hz AC.

Last time I was shocked with 220V was several months ago, was fixing my dad's P1 desktop with AT psu...Didn't disconnect the power cord, "cos' I'm just gonna see what's wrong with one of HDD's" . While I was pulling out the good HDD to get to the dead one, I accidentally touched the live wire on the power switch, and the HDD, being in my hand, died. Nasty shock and one more dead component...
Since then, I always unplug the power cord first (weeeelll, almost always )...

I was very happy when my family moved to the flat with automatic fuses (20 yrs ago), it was easy to sneak from the dark room, and just flip the fuse, nobody noticed and yelled...

Actually, you're supposed to leave the power cable in (sort of): that way, if there's any static charge (either from you or the PC), the ground wire will catch it.

I static zapped a PC once, but luckily it just rebooted.

Of course ideally, you'd use a wrist-strap that's grounded, because you really don't want any live mains in the box you're working in.

I've fried myself more than a few times, but it isn't a big deal if you follow the one hand rule so that it doesn't go across your body. I'm also paranoid, I don't work on a peice of equipment unless it has either been 'locked out' or I am in physical control of the power connection. I don't like 'helpful' people turning on the power while I've got my hand in something....

What I do when I'm working on a PC is use a 'Doctored' power cord. I took a standard power cord and cut the hot and neutral wires in it. Plug the PC in with that cord and you get anti-static grounding, but no chance of mains power coming into the box (assuming the outlet is wired correctly of course).

Another way of doing the same thing is to use a power strip that has been turned off. By code ground is NEVER supposed to be interupted by a switch, so it will still be there, but the hot power won't.

I was fiddling with my eheim pump, and pulled it from the socket ... and managed to have my index finger touch both positive and negative leads while it was still connected and running.

I got just a tingle ... dunno why. Perhaps because the ground cord was still in?

Either way, I guess I was lucky!

Most pumps have a builtin filter capacitor, so probably you felt the discharge of this capacitor. Not fatal but it can hurt...
