Em, would that fit onto my desk?
![]() If I would go for a non-cooling reservoir/pump method, I would use a compact metal or plastic case with thick walls (to dampen the noise) that is waterproof and easy to open. A metallic ball or something that would look sweet, with enough room for 2 pumps and that totally dampens the noise- I could live with that ![]() |

lets go back to the beginning. first of all, out of all the reviews that i have read, the resorator works well, not perfectly, but well in a non overclocked system. if you happen to be a gamer, then things can change a little. if you, Karantanec, are not a gamer, and only use your machine for basic internet and goofing off applications then you will be set. i do not hink it is wise to try to hook more than one system up to the resorator though. if its what you want, then by all means go ahead. its gonna be alot of work and headache trying to maintain the temps of two computers. more pressure loss, less flow, and twice the heat. its up to you. someone mentioned to me that a chimney approach would work good with a passive system. i tossed it around and came up with a neat little deal i dubbed the resiator. its similar to the resorator, but is a hollw cylinder with dual walls instead of a solid tube. air can move over twice the surface area, and with the aid of a fan become more efficient. ill email you a rough draft of my idea.anybody else interested, send me an email.

![]() I recommend the Papst 4412 for heatercores @ 7V DC. For PWM, look at a Globe, perhaps Nexus, but I'm not sure on how favorable the Nexus is to PWM. If your interested in quietness or genuine silence, I suggest you check out www.silentpcreview.com ("SPCR") and its forums. DrCR __________ |

The notion was that if you really felt the need to have something large and blue and full of water then here's a (silly) alternative... |
