Isn't a truly redundant watercooling system one that is designed around (and overclocked) on a single pump, and then a second pump is added to that loop?
It seems to me that any arguing about redundancy in any other setup is a secondary side effect that could still result in component failure or instability when a pump fails anyway.
except when the second pump increases the resulting temps with say excess pump heat (not really a practical assumption) or just being a horrible match

I'm keeping my setup the way it is. It works AWESOME, looks sweet, and plays doom 3 better than a stock P4 with a 9800 pro.

And to the wise-cock new-zealand punk. You don't know a damn thing about me, so don't make stupid assumptions like im a kid. And you obviously can't even read a graph because the parallel graph is yellow, not red. I'll bet that's the first time you looked at that, yet i saw it months ago.

Summary:
Etacova = self absorbed ass hole
Sn 85 = Rude ass hole
greenman100 = obnoxious ass hole

why is it these types post the most and ruin it for all?

great place you guys have here. real welcoming, you know?
Reading your posts I honestly don't believe you're over 15. You attack people in the same sentence you call them immature. You post rhetorical questions in the middle of an argument. You use slang that I haven't heard since the 8th grade. You say you're not comeing back, and then you come back. You're given data, and then fail to admit that you do not understand its implications.

And you really don't seem to have any grasp on whats going on as evidenced by your complete inability to understand what the basic flow graphs mean.

So why are you still here? You won't listen when you're wrong, and you're certainly not right. So you're just useless. Another selfabsorbed person who'd rather congradulate himself then actually do something right. I suggest you follow through your own promises and leave.

This was the best thread I've read in a long time.

Etacovda, I think you really pissed him off. Nothing like providing very clear "factual" information (all depends on the method used to devise the chart, i suppose) that publically makes someone look silly.

gazorp: Change the damn tubing. The case will look the same either way. You'll have two pumps, lots of shiny tubing, and many impressed friends. And guess what else? IT WILL WORK BETTER. Significantly? maybe not, but better for sure. You might get away with not having to underclock if a pump dies. Yeh? Yeh? True redundency.

Anyways, thanks for the laugh Procooling. Everytime I read this forum I learn something, or at least, am entertained

My favorite thing about this place is that things are handled in a factual and blunt manner, no pussy footing around.

You can and should expect people to take a womans feelings into account, if they are the type that require it. The same rules do not apply to men, nor should they I do not associate with men who require this level of consideration.
