Protein update and back-end changeover
A protein and client update will take place on Tuesday, April 20, at 11:00 am EST. The client update will accomodate the new ticketing system backend that will be put into place during the update. Please make sure to upload your buffered results ahead of time to avoid server backlog.

Stupid spring weather! I've had two of my folders melt down with rising temperature. I hate having to back down the host-clock in summer!

In other news....the last day of folding this protein has produced a new 'Best Structure'. Not from our team, but, what timing!

ahh well in 8th and a HUGE gap between myself and Jaydee116, I just hope I can hold my own untill I move up a place (I have no illusions about catching joe but ftjandra seems in reach... eventually).

Oh and I think we have slipped into 7th as a team.

Might not be so close if the next protein due out tomorrow is a large one.

Yeah, we got issues. A month ago we were flirting with passing OCAU. We're going to slowly sink in the rankings unless we can get Joe back to serious folding, or round up some new recruits, or at least get everyone active.

With summer heat slowin' my farm and with Imagex creepin' up on me, looks like it's time for another box.

Sorry guys, but I am sort of done with DF for now. Even pulled it from the farm a couple weeks ago.

Maybe in the future I will jump back on. (the loss of arachnid sorta just removed all reason for me hehe)

I'm sorry lads the passion has gone. When I next get round to talking with my Dad - he has one of my three computers - I'll be switching folding clients to help some other team in dire need of help.

This downtime of the stats server has really hit everyone hard and I feel the need to shift my computing power elsewhere for a while. I may well return but I can see myself going to another folding challenge (not another team, Procooling will keep my 50M).

I'll just like to leave with the phrase: "I'm not a rat, and this ships is not sinking... just stalled and its quicker swimming."

Well you are in luck (in some respect) due to my most dominate attribute, that of apathy it may well be a month before I finally switch over - If I could be bothered then ;P.

But like I said the passion has gone, and when I get around to I'll be switching over.

Hunting for dominate positions always makes ppl moving.
With the giving up of joe and aracnid stats, i am going to remove some of my clients.

Too much work for something that doesnt tell me anything anymore.

Well my points ARE moving but they'll be back when I swap clients, I folded them for Pro Cooling and With Pro cooling they'll retire... They have just gone the way of Gary Liniker to Japan, (a single round trip there and back with no goals scored )

Have you (or Joe) seen the stats page that I posted a a couple of days ago in this thread? Its extremely similar to arachnid, just different colors

Its probably too late now to get you back, but I just want to make sure you saw it.

I'm useing it too, and it works well, just not as pretty as the other. I've still to upload anything yet heard that the new client might be having trouble with firewalls??
