Nope. Neither Napa nor O'Reilly appears to carry it. The hyperlube website also doesn't list any texas dealers.

I got mine from Checker Auto parts. Don't know if they have that there. Could just buy it online from the link below

more or less its the same thing as water wetter (its green instead of pink though).

It doesn't stain Tygon or Clearflex tubing, and it puts a barely noticable whitish film on vinyl, though you must drain and inspect the tubing to notice it. It is wonderful stuff.
