I need help, I want to file a claim via paypal.... Does anyone know how/where to do this. I can't find any link to file a cliam.

no it was from the other forum... this guy made some sales & got some pretty decent comments, so I ordered the CPU from him. Other than a email contacts here & there, still no CPU
