Cooltechnica? Anyone ever there?

Well I decided to try my first kit out and since I was unable to find the ww in stock anywhere I decided to go with the DD RBX. Only thing is I have no CC# to order online so I use prepaid method. I found the RBX block and configured my kit and then I emailed the sales and information department at Cooltechnica. I received a reply and they said I can use prepaid option so I sent payment via two day air and have been checking to see if it was delivered and no one is ever there to sign for the delivery! Are they in business? Just worried that I paid 15 $ to have a payment airmailed and now will end up with no kit and out of the 15 bucks from shipping. Anyone ever been able to reach them?

I bought tubing from cooltechnica a few months back and it arrived no problem. Whether they are still there or not I dont know.

I've tried to email them twice and still no response... I hope if they do not accept the delivery that I'll get my letter back from UPS and find a place more reliable next time... oh well live and learn

Well I guess that would be why no response from all the email I have sent... Times like that I beleive in Auto responders we use them at work when we are gonna be out for a number of days.... Anyhow that was exactly what I needed to make me at ease... Thank you
