Woah... XP333 looks to kickass eh?
Geez what do you guys think about this motherboard? its performance seems to be lagging as of yet, but OCWorkbench showed the new ALi chipset to have better performance. Maybe with some tweaks it will hit the level shown by OCWorkbench. I just love the fact that the 333/400 mhz FSBs are totally doable now (assuming we can get the RAM). So while 400 doesn't seem likely, I can only imagine an XP running at an FSB around 350.
-Kevin I think i saw the preliminary info at accelenation btw...

... LMK what you think cuz this board excites me. Should be cheap too cuz of the ALi chipset. -Kev

Hehe
Umekami10 in sweden (www.sweclockers.com) is running his KA266+ at 208fsb (HD in pio ) And now he is running the XP333 at 200fsb cas2 if im not mistaken, so 200 IS possible. That's with Twinmos PC2100 I think (hynix ram, the same ram as they sell on their PC2700 ram). If he only could get "real" PC2700 ram (6ns ram) 233fsb (max I think?) is surely possible, thats 466Mhz!!!! /OC&Burn |
