Douglas snap-tech
Everything Douglas said is correct. He was able to save all the data and upgrade my unit to 4x120GB drives/256MB of RAM.

As it turns out drive 3 was about to die and the power supply was questionable. With all new drives and ram, plus a new power supply on the way my only wish is for a gigabit port on the back!

Now our 4100 is in the best shape of its life.

Where did you find it? I've been able to find several with the same model number, but they always have an on/off switch on the back, so they won't fit into the 4100 (without making modifications to the chassis, or the power supply).

Well I haven't seen it yet, but I ordered it from CDW. I hope its the right one. Adaptec gave me the part number and I just shopped around for the least back ordered and cheapest price.
