Thermaltake Flow TX Plus Placement
I was planning on placing a Thermaltake Flow TX Plus after my waterblock on the return line to my reservoir. I'm using 1/2" barbs for everything but the Flow TX takes 3/8". I was thinking of using a 3/8" barb on the output of my GPU waterblock then go to the Flow TX and then a 3/8" barb for the return on my reservoir. Do you think that's the way to go or use a 1/2" barb and reduce the line to 3/8" and then enlarge back to 1/2" on the return to the reservoir?

Re: Thermaltake Flow TX Plus Placement
Since all the Thermaltake Flow TX Plus does is indicate flow (it doesn't actually measure flow, but does measure temperature) you can put it on a bypass loop. Then you will have the best of both worlds. Flow indication/temperature measurement and no restriction.
Or you could do what most people do and just epoxy the temp probe into a tee.
