I'm sure that the distances between the holes aren't exactly right.
So the distances the core arent either, I guess, and that core doesnt look like a T-bred B core does it? (i think its too square)

The distances between the holes are right enough...here are the exact distances:

36.14mm
66.09mm

The distances for the core are OK...and it really does not matter which core it is, since the distances are shown from the center of the CPU core.

Are you 100% absolutely sure that I can take for the center of my Thoroughbred-B dlt3c the same measurements as on that pic? (->31,4mm and 18mm from the holes)

Yes, even though the die's are different sizes and shapes they are all centered in the same spot.

It would, however, be nice to know the die sizes and IHS sizes on the P4's and A64's. If your designing a block for a certain CPU it is very good to know the size and shape of the die so you can design the block around it.

And if the core is 11x7mm in size, the long distance is aligned with the long hole-to-hole distance, and the 7mm side of the core is aligned with the short hole-to-hole distance?

Not always, the older Durons (up to 1.3gig) and the T-Birds (up to 1.4gig I think) where just the opposite. Attached is a pic of the Duron 1.3gig I used in my Direct Die cooler project which the die layout is just opposite of my T-bred XP's.

The distances are OK...however, you have to watch the position where you are looking at the Socket from...in other words, you have to take care when you mount the W/B.
