Default hard drive

Can anyone recc any very quiet hard drives around 30gigs. Will be doing raid and don't wanna put up with the constant clicking noise. Or r there any good silencer that can fit in the 5" bays?

I personally like the WD 40Gb 7200 RPM's. They banch as fast as my maxtor and cost 40$ less. and they are dead silent.
