I just ordered a KT7A-RAID and a Tbird 1.2Ghz@1.4Ghz from PCNut. seems to be the best combo out there.

Yeah thats what I was lookin at. How well do these chips overclock? Seems any 1.2 can do 1.4...
How is the Iwill board (non DDR)? Asus looks like junk...I dont understand why its so wide...like they used the pcb from a different board to save money...I do htink asus is one of the best though. |

I really hope you read this cryonosis.... I doubt you did research on step because if you look else where you would see that they are a nightmare and out to get you for real... I would be afraid, very afraid

yeah, I kinda wonder about them as well, but my credit card companies a good one. If step becomes a problem, I can refute the charge and the credit card will refuse to pay Step until Step delivers. so I'm safe money wise at least.
so like I said we'll see how it goes, ------------------ ©××××ק=============== »»»»»»»»Cryonosis««««««««« ©××××ק=============== moderator for Broken Pixel http://www.brokenpixel.com webmaster of the Kingdom of Ys http://cryonosis.8m.com |

okay here we are. . .
on your words of warning I did some more indepth research on Step-thermodynamics and well I must say that I am probably more at ease with them then before. The are members of the Better business bureau which is a major plus. On top of that they are listed as a reliable on-line retailer by the BBB. in three years of service they have had only eight complaints filed against them, which is exceptionally low compared to most companies. But to seal things up 6, of those 8 complaints were resolved in a manner that the person that filed the complaint was satisfied. So that's fairly reassuring. perhaps if you were to back up your claim a little more I could see where you are coming from. From what I have found so far, Step looks like an above the mark computer reseller that has the same turn-around problems that plague most computer hardware dealers. ------------------ ©××××ק=============== »»»»»»»»Cryonosis««««««««« ©××××ק=============== moderator for Broken Pixel http://www.brokenpixel.com webmaster of the Kingdom of Ys http://cryonosis.8m.com |
