2 cpus and a lots of problems!

Hi guys!!
i have just receieved my two new xp1700s..
heres the cpus details.. (just need some help seeing what you guys think i can get from them etc...)

CPU 1
AXDA 1700DLT3C XXXXXXX270356
JIUCB 0312RPMW

CPU 2
AXDA 1700DLT3C XXXXXXX270358
JIUCB 0312RPMW

now cpu 1 has got to 11 x 200 fsb no problems, but when i went to 12 x 200 fsb, the epox board i have just went mental!! beeping and not booting, although it did it once... but never again!! i have got the voltage to 1.8v and no joys to gettings it to work.. doh!!
well i have tried an 8rda+ and a nf7-s and they both have been nightmares... the 8rda+ aint working anymore because of a bios crash and the nf7-s dont have a thermal probe and so the temps are all messed up (even when it did have a probe, it still messed up, wasnt stable at all)..
if anyone has any rough guides as to what these things will clock to, it would be great to know! with the nf7-s whilst it was working for 5 minutes, the first cpu managed 2ghz @ 1.5v... is this a good sign? im not so sure about the first one.. the site where i bought them from has changed what its selling, would it be in my best interests to ask them to change one?
