You ought to try running all the blocks in series (i.e. one loop); with a Hydor L30, you have enough pumping power to do it, and it'll probably run a bit better.
Get rid of the elbow at the pump intake; it's restricting. |

yes dont put an elbow there
and try to keep the rad below the res level, or else your actual reservoir will be your rad (meaning trapped air, the need to tip over your case when bleeding / refilling..) |
