After some months of waiting I got my blocks today. When I looked at the northbridge block, I saw that the gys who milled it had done something wrong.
The Inlets should have been where I drew them on the pic. My question now is, will this bock work (good enough) if I sealed the canal where i drew it in the left side of the pic?

did they do the job as a favor?
if they charged you for the job, you should ask them to do it again correctly without a charge. anyway, if you do what you drawed, i believe that most of the water would flow through the outer channel, leaving the center area almost with no flow. i cant really imagine any way you could fix that block. although its only a NB block, even without working correctly should be enough. |

let them make another hole, and fill up the faulty hole.
that's the only way you might save the block |

Well. They did it as a favor. Fortunately the're going to rebuild it.
