Default My first WC

I was making my WC sinse april, but i may i had my matura exam, later exams for studies and finnaly my water cooling is on
My WC kit includes:
-BlackBox WaterBlock (50*50*20mm, with "M" shapet channels) (photo of beta wersion )

-GPU block made by my friend (40*40*10mm, channel looks like this )
-AquaEL water pump 600 l/h
-Ford Fiesta ALU radiator
-2.4l reservoir
-2m of 12 ID/16 OD hose
-arctic silver 3

Actualy radiator has no fans on. water is cooled only by hot air convection. I had plexy for shroud, but I don't have time to make it

TEST
-Epox 8rda c1
-duron 10*100 1.42V (when i was washing CPU i washed out pencil and now i cant change multiplier)
-MSI GeForce 3 Ti200 128mb @200/490
-256 kingston pc2100
-Fortron 300-60PNA(PF) PSU with 120mm fan @5V
-under PSU i thermocontroled 80mm arctic fan tc-1
-case was open

*ambient 24 C
*water 31 C
*IDLE 34 C (winamp, opera, Outlook)
*STRESS 36 C (United Device and Prime95 torture test running for 6h)

Making your own water blocks, is something I have always had alot of respect for. However your installation leaves much to be desired. I would either figure out how to fit it all in your case, or fit all the external parts into it's own enclosure.

By the way, do you have any fans on your heat exchanger? Is it all passive?

If you need any ideas on specific parts of your rig, please post them.

Water Cooled Inwin Q500 (Dual Rads: Rad1 = DTEK Pro Core | Rad2 = Blick Ice Estreme, Hydor L30, Dangerden Maze2, Bay Res Typhoon Reservoir, 1/2 " DD Tygon Thick Wall Hose).

Flow: Res, Pump, CPU watervlock, Y into both rads, both rads into res independently.

Athlon XP 1800+ (@ 1731 - 150mhz fsb.), on a Asus A7N266-c, and a Radeon 9000 *waiting for RMA'd Saphire 9800 ultra from Newegg)

photos were taken just after putting it all together, a all was standing to be good visible on photos.
My case is to small to hold all WC inside but it's in my plans to make it easy to move.

actualy all is passive, but in few days im going to make plexy heat exanger stand and plexy stand for fans

no more comments??

i buy fan for my heat exenger. i'ts 172mm papst fan, model 6248-008 or 6248/3T, air output is almost 400m^3/h. it's powered by 48V but it's running also at 12V and it' noiseless. when i'll heve it ome i'll post results

what car did you get that rad from mine looks nearly the exact same as yours.
Mine wouldn't fit into my case tho i have to extend me case.

I don't know what car exact it is from but mine is also to big to fit in case. I've ordered now Lada rad looking same as Morphling's rad.
