That is beautifully done. Parts of the design are probably more for looks than for performance (the outer channels) but dammit it looks great. I am truly impressed by the worksmanship of many of the people on this forum. Almost every day I see something else new and amazingly well-crafted from you guys.

Beautiful block

The 3 things we look for.

1. Turbulence. (disruption of Laminer flow)
2. Volume of water. (amount of water capable of being put through the block)
3. Velocity of water. ( the speed of the water that is being put through the block)

I think if you look at the block...you will be able to judge for yourself which you have achieved...and which you have not.

With that said....I still say beautiful block.

It is a nice piece of work.

What I admire the most, is the perfect fit of the o-ring! Was it a fluke, or did you measure/plan that?

homer_j measure that after i have drawing it, it was fluke (i hope i understand the word right ) that it fits at the first time, without changing the model

Looks like a great block, one of the best looking i've seen for a while.

I feel that there is room for improvment, but as you say, its revision #1 and you have the skills and the tools to make various blocks building from this design, until you see optimum results.

Very impressive work, and I understand your English perfectly well

Keep up the great work, I look forward to seeing more of your work.
