I have a very strong feeling thoes pics were, pre-installation - meaning it had not yet been sealed. I seal most my blocks with RTV Silicon (used to solder them, but no more). I usually put a thin layer of RTV Silicon (room temp. vulcanizing ... btw) about 2mm in from the edge of the copper... screw the top on slowly until the layer of silicon reaches the edge of the copper all the way around, remove the excess silicon (that came out past the copper. Then wait until the silicon dries, your particular tube will give you an idea of how long. Then tighten the blockfully and pressure test it - should be A-OK. But like I said it doesn't look like Puzzdre has gotten that far, just taking pics for us ato gawk at

you can use almost anything, so with plexi you preferably want some glue that is transparent and colourless. i mostly use hobbyist glue, apply really thick and liberally, wait 15mins until it is really really tacky, almost rubber like and then put both halves together.

damn, nice WB. i was originally thinking of just drilling holes in a thick copper plate and sticking barbs in em (this site shows you how to DIY Clicki Here ) but then i soon decided that it would perform better if i rout channels in the WB. so that brings me to the next question, have you go any pics of the WB b4 u glued it togeather? i have very limited power tools and im trying to come up with some ideas.

It's a Rotor style block. Do a site search for Rotor. If it comes up 'BURP!' try again ...
