#rotor blocks-needed?

What is EVERY thing needed to make a #rotor block. This includes taping and creating channels. What bits and everything [order from mcmaster] and what brand would you guys recommend?

here's some pictorial inspiration.... from a while back though.. took those pictures with my DC210.... not yet had me Nikon back then...

Thank you, after I get this project settled down I plan on making my own blocks, see how they do vs. WW.
