Well it has been almost a month since this system was officially brought online and it hasn't been shutdown since except for reboots or software installations.

I stepped it back to 3.08 Ghz for it's "Normal" operating speed and she still is running like a top never going above 40C without the blower.

The only foreseeable problem I have is the Danner Mag 7. I am definitely going to spend the money for a cooler running High Head Japanese motored Iwaki or similar pump. This thing get painfully hot on the main housing right next to the cover for the impellor, I dont expect it to be a long term pump if it runs this hot.

The RBX is a sweet block using the jet impingement nozzle. It flows well as long as it has a pump with the balls to push flow through it. I havent changed the nozzle in it as I prefer to not mess with something that is working so well.

I did not use the plastic y fitting that came with the RBS I instead made the funky PVC and Copper tubing "manifold" shown in the pics that is of such huge diameter it pretty much cancels out any flow restriction of the T shape to it nicely. I also think this may help somewhat balance out the output of the RBX's dual outlet by allowing the sloght pressure drop in the large chamber it creates before combining to flow into the pumps inlet.
