Did anyone catch 1a-Cooling's water block test station?

Seems fancy, they might have done their homework on it. I do not, however, see a flowmeter anywhere on the thing. Why does it split the output from the pump and what are those two little bulb looking things attached? That seems somewhat confusing. (air trap perhaps?)
