Default 1a-Cooling water block test station

Did anyone catch 1a-Cooling's water block test station?

You think anyone will buy it

Seems fancy, they might have done their homework on it. I do not, however, see a flowmeter anywhere on the thing. Why does it split the output from the pump and what are those two little bulb looking things attached? That seems somewhat confusing. (air trap perhaps?)

they are apparently filters

"Since a test station is a rather open water circulation system the fact that with the time sometimes can get dirty is kept clean the water by two filter units. That is the condition for the fact that also High end radiators with very fine ribs do not cut off because of dirt particle in the system during the performance inspection more badly than normal channel radiators."
