I have purchased some parts to try to repair it. Just havn't got to. I'm in no hurry. I really wanted a 2200 when I bought the 2000. The 2200 is a magnatude faster than the 2000.

It would be nice to know if the Dimms version of the 2000 uses a std ide controller or promise controllers. Since it has 2 vs 1.

Poogles was able to find out that the older meridian servers have extra software/sup loaded. Suspect this is due to flashram.
