The 2200 wan't disapoint you. The 2200 I think starts with 360gig (2x160) so LBA 48 is not an issue. It has smaller footprint than the 2000.

I've seen people on ebay buy the 2000 with NO DRIVES for 150+. If you can pick up some small HD's It should bring 250-300.

Frys Electronics has been selling WD 100gigs for $50.00 for the last month now, w/NO rebate.
