The v 4.0.860 is a patch. You must have a v4 installed inorder to use it.

It will kill some of the early v1 2000, so be careful. I Check to see what version of BIOS and HW you currently have. If your bios is not 2.0 or greater you have a v1 2000, and should not upgrade past 3.4.803.

To check the vitals click on the SnapAppliance Logo from the admin page. A pop-up will give you all of the needed info.
