Activate the UFS with in the Snap, then see if the apple can connect via IP. Will need to reboot to clear up cache and load cleanly.

There is no way you need to use the smb/ cmd to access the snap. You most have something out of wack. Under Network Settings, send or post your "view network settings" results for me.
