Does it ask for password here (above) ????????

Are you using default port (21) Passive or active mode???
Is this behind a firewall???
Does it have a Private or Public IP Address ?????
Is Java loaded for ssl ????
Do you have a DNS server running on your end ????
Which brower Firefox or IE

After all this try clearing out all cache files and any cookies related to it. Browser will save a session cookie with ftp.
