You have a version 1 2000. (SIMM's)

Don't upgrade to v4, does not like it.

Large disk are not supported on this model.

Extra ram helps the software raid some. But I had problem finding ram that would work in mine. I was testing with old ram pulled from pc's. I think the max for simms is 64 meg. Original is double sided.
