To open the case, there is 1 screw in the back around the fan. Lay the unit on it side with the led's down. One the screw is removed, the top 1/2 will slide toward the front about 1/2" Then lift off.

If the snap is in static IP. You will need to reset the snap (instruction in the wiki section), then use assist to locate it and do the init setup.

V1 does not support large disk (>137gig). So your option are limited. Stick with the v3 os. V1 DO NOT LIKE V4.
