It all depends on what your requirments are.

If you are need all out speed, you need to move to the Guardian OS units. Most of those units have gigabit nic ports.

All of the Snap OS units have only a 100base ports.

For 2003 AD Suppore you will need to run Snap OS v4.0.860, or Guardian OS v3.2+. Or use the work around posted in the wiki section of the forum.
