If it's only seeing 10gig can be caused by old OS v1 or v2. Did you notice if it had a SIMM's or DIMM's ram chip?

Your SN is large enough to be a V2 made by Quantum.

Click on the Snap Appliance Logo on the admin page for vitals and post HW & SW versions.
