1. 4100 have OS in flashram. Just install the 120's and it will do it's thing. Takes about 10 min before you will be able to access it. If help files are not there you will need to reload the OS.
2. No need to update the OS, LBA48bit is not supported here.
3. If you do a reset to factoy or clear network settings you will need assist if it does not go into DHCP mode. Assist can be had on request.
4. Assist is the only management files available for the snaps. It's only purpose in town is to loacate a snap with no IP address and do the initial setup.
5. You can access the 4100 with out ony drives, via the web interface.
