If you think you messed up then I would go back and reinstall parts and check connections.
1.) Always check mounting. Make sure it's flat and tubing isn't pulling the block and everything is screwed in tight.
2.) Pump is running and you have good flow through the loop.
3.) Do you have panaflos on the rad? Looks like addas. Try putting more fans on it and see if there is an improvement. GTX need high cfm and plenty of air flow and is why I wouldn't suggest it unless you have 80-100+ cfm fans.

Actually i am 1 panaflo short. I have a busted knuckle to prove it lol. Using a scythe untill new one arrives. I'll order the high CFM panaflo to replace it. thanks for advice!
How far off are my temps? What should i excpect if everything is running right?
