These are normal startup checks. The snap goes through a fsck everytime it boots. Since it is only a single drive it only show 10000. If it's a 2000 in raid 1 you will see checks on 10006 & 10016 then 50000.

If you think you are having drive problems. Backup the data and run Spinrite on it. It will show what kind of shape the drive is in.
