ide 48bitLBACounter get (if it returns 0 its not on)
ide 48bitLBACounter reset (I do not know if you need to enter any value here)

co de format 10000 /reinit

If the unit is showing the drive as a orphin or broken raid you must clear it first.

These should fix your problem, Some just like to be problem child.
