Have you reset the 4100 back to factory settings?

I assume you are not getting any disk led on the front panel.

I have dropped a note to Snap-tech, he will know what it is.

Did you keep the previous attemp? Want to see if its the devices are same, dev=0xC0002 & dev=0x80002.
